Consistency and building muscle memory are essential parts to building a strong inversion practice. During this four week session, Jeni Tracy and Brett Parker will teach you proper alignment, warm-up techniques, and strength building exercises designed to build a solid foundation for your inversion practice.

Weekly classes help with accountability and will utilize group training to keep you consistent, focused and energized. If you have a desire to learn more about inversions or strengthen your current practice, this series is for you. Space is limited to allow for personal attention, so sign up today!

Spend a restorative 90 minutes combining two captivating and innovative techniques that leave you refreshed and renewed. This class offers an experience to reset your nervous system and help your body relax. The combination of the healing effects of the SoMat (https://mysomat.com/) and the soothing sounds of the Sound Bath will offer you a rejuvenating hour and a half, not unlike the benefits of a massage.

Join Megan Sloan as she uses the vibrational qualities of sound with the crystal singing bowls to help you release energy that is no longer needed and move you into a deeper state of healing and relaxation.
