Whether you are looking for total transformation or small positive shifts in your life, this inspiring, supportive program will motivate you to live from a higher level of well-being. You will do the work in a safe space, and finish renewed and revived.
Unlimited yoga for 40 days
Weekly meetings every Thursday from 6:30-7:30 w/Anna and Cheryl. (4 in person @ JPY and 2 via Zoom)
Nutritional support for the program and 3 day fruit feast
Resources for meditation practice
Daily inspiration to keep you going via the Facebook group
Practicing yoga 6 days a week for the duration of the program
Meeting attendance and participation (Our request is that you attend every meeting. However, we understand that life is busy and things come up. We are happy to make accommodations for travel, etc.)

Come see what this combination of yoga, weight training and HIIT class is all about and start your journey towards greater strength and endurance! In this workshop, Christine will go over the proper form for yoga with weights and introduce you to drills that will help you access muscle-mind connection, allowing you to find new strength in your regular vinyasa practice.
You will start with partner work and props to introduce you to the foundation and fundamentals, and then move into a full JuicyStrong class. Get ready to try something new, get stronger, and take your practice to the next level!!

Yin Yoga for Endurance Athletes
These workshops are suitable for yogis of all levels and athletes who swim, bike and/or run who wish to explore how Yin Yoga and meditation will improve physical performance and strengthen a positive mindset.
You will learn:
1) the benefits of a Yin Yoga practice as part of your training, and three Yin Yoga poses specific for each element of a triathlon race--swimming, biking and running
2) how meditation can benefit both your health and training practice, as well as specific guided visualizations for pre-race practice
3) the importance of breath work in your overall training, in meditation and in the specific elements of an endurance race
4) targeted breathing exercises.
